Couples do this a lot. Make plans. Tapos pag hindi sila nagkatuluyan, basag. Don’t ever build your world around one person. It could kill your dreams for yourself, for your family, for other people who wants to be a part of your life, and even God’s dreams for you.

I know how much you would really love to see yourself end up with him/her. I would rather call it “something to look forward to” than to really set your heart and your whole mind into it. Open yourself to possibilities.
Being cynical is way different from being realistic. Feelings are fleeting. People change.
Focus yourself on the things that you are in control of. At ang lovelife, hindi mo yan pwedeng planuhin. Your plans in the future may not change, but the person who would be right next to you when your plans happen, it’s only God who knows.

Aside from the God plan/involvement part…. i totally agree with this… experienced it recently first hand… Start see’ing yourself and your future with someone could really destroy parts of you when things dont work out… sabi nga ng author… BASAG…
